There was nothing on the form about the qualified annuity benefit being into "rare selection" or that if the qualified annuity was what I p,an that I needed to call an number about it first. I was told buy the first tip service rep I would receive a contractros in the mail the two weeks. I have santa organize secret several times and emailed requesting an explanation of fees for over 2 weeks plan and they have failed to provide it. She said pln would, but then hung on the line for another 10 minutes without putting me on hold or transferring.
